Room/House Rental Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Rate info:
The rental rates listed are subject to change at any time. The rental rate varies upon how long you stay and rates are reduced for longer stays. All quoted rates do not include GST.

If you would like to make a reservation at Comfy Stay Accommodation, please fill out the booking form or phone us at: 0418 793 713 with your details & requirements. Bookings are confirmed by receipt of your credit card details. If paying by direct debit, cash, eftpos a 30% deposit is required which is refundable according to our cancellation policy.

Room/House Rental Payment:
Payments can be made by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, & American Express (3% surcharge for Amex) Eftpos, Cash or Bank Deposit. Sorry No cheques. A guest information sheet is required to be filled out on arrival with a personal guarantee that any damage to the villa will be paid for if it occured during your stay at Comfy Stay Accommodations.

Arrival / Departures:
Your guest manager will meet you at the property in business hours or a key drop will be arranged.
Check in is 2pm & check out is 10am. Special arrangements can be made.

Guest Responsibilities:
Muswellbrook Accommodation QuestionsIt is the responsibility of the guests to abide by these terms & conditions.
It is the responsibility of all guests to report any issues with the property to the guest manager. *This includes disturbances, damage, loss or criminal matters relating to the property.

Serviced apartments are for accommodation use Only. Parties or commercial use are prohibited.
All damages & breakages are payable. See damages & breakages.

The number of tenants must not exceed the number on the booking sheet. If property is overloaded, you will be asked to vacate with no refund given.

Guest should show care & respect for the property by turning off air-conditioner, locking doors & windows when leaving the property.
Guests are expected to keep the property at a respectable level of cleanliness. If excessive levels of cleaning are required by staff cleaners, charges could result.

All villas are non-smoking. If smoke is detected additional cleaning costs will apply.

Pets are not allowed.

Room/House Cleaning:
Accommadation Damage & BreakageYour Muswellbrook Accomodation will be cleaned once per week. Villas are cleaned & serviced regularly after each guest stay.

Damages & Breakage:
Your credit card details will be held as security. Breakages or damage will be charged to your credit card & a receipt will be forwarded to your email address.
